This includes cleaning hands, checking the front and back of lenses, standardizing wearing movements, controlling wearing duration, and regularly replacing lenses. Specific steps must follow hygiene and safety principles to avoid eye infections or injuries.
Preparation before wearing
Clean hands: Thoroughly wash hands with running water and neutral soap, focusing on cleaning fingertips and nail crevices. When drying, use lint free tissues to prevent fiber residue.
Check the lens: Confirm that the lens is not damaged or stained, and identify the front and back:

The front is bowl shaped with inward edges, while the back is disc-shaped with outward edges.
The lens can be lightly pressed to the fingertips for testing, and it has elasticity with a slight protrusion in the middle as the front.
Standardized wearing procedures
Fixed eyelids: Use the index finger of the non dominant hand to pull open the upper eyelid, and the index finger of the dominant hand to pull down the lower eyelid, keeping the eyeball fully exposed.
Place the lens: Look straight ahead and place the lens gently on the sclera (white eye) to avoid direct contact with the cornea.
Adjust fit: Blink slowly or rotate the eyeball to allow the lens to naturally adhere. If the position is offset, close the eyes and gently rotate to adjust, without rubbing the eyes.
Precautions after wearing
Duration control: It is recommended not to exceed 8 hours for daily throwing, and first-time wearers should gradually adapt from 4 hours.
Discomfort management: If redness, dryness, or foreign body sensation occurs, remove immediately and seek medical attention if necessary.
Daily care:
Use specialized care solution to clean the lenses, and do not rinse with tap water.
Disinfect the storage box every week and replace it every three months.
